4PL Concept

4PL Print & Apply is designed in a modular way. By replacing just a few components, it adapts to changing requirements.

Applicators

You can label your products and packaging automatically with an applicator that is modularly adaptable to your production in case of changes.

The proven "Tamp" hub applicator is now also available as E-Tamp. This E-Tamp version of the tamp applicator requires no external compressed air.

The large variety of pads is equally available for all variants of the Tamp applicators.

Printer modules

When deciding on the printer modules, we rely on the reliable and robust 4-inch ZE511 module and the 6-inch ZE521 module from Zebra. The encapsulated design does not require a fan. The all-metal industrial housing protects against foreign bodies and the ingress of water.

The innovative print modules are also characterised by high print speeds, performance-enhancing functions and an intelligent design that grows with the user. With a maximum print width of 168 mm, they also offer a wide range of design options. A 4.3-inch LCD colour touch screen makes set-up and direct operation even easier.
