Colours are produced for cosmetic applications such as permanent make-up, micro-needling and tattoos. In addition to the development of innovative tattoo colours and equipment, MT.DERM is also very successful as a medical technology company in medical applications.
Founded in 1998, MT.DERM products are now exported from Berlin to over 40 countries worldwide. The production for tattoo and cosmetic studios and for hospitals is performed according to ISO 13485 certification.
Transparent packaging made of PE, PP and PET with various bottle shapes are marked with a3 - line marking including product name, batch number and expirydate.
All products were marked from above with black ink. Acompetitor´s continuous ink jet is integrated into a conveyor belt that runs up to 30 m/min.
The odor nuisance emanating from the existing system caused enormous problems. Although an extraction system was installed, the strong smell emission was no longer acceptable to the employees.
