How ttPRINT Marking Works

High-resolution thermal transfer for flexible packaging

1. Control
The thermal strip (TTO) with 12 dots/mm (300 dpi) is electrically controlled to match the print image.

2. Heating
The dots heat up quickly (up to 800 mm/second), ensuring precise heating.

3. Transfer
Through heating and cooling, the dots release pigments from the ribbon according to the print image. The pigment particles are directly transferred onto the packaging material.

4. Result
High-resolution printing on flexible packaging materials such as films, pouches, or labels.
