Using a smartphone or tablet, the user shares what they see in real time. Live video provides a clear view of the processes and system status, giving our experts a fast and detailed understanding of the situation at your marking system.

If the Visual ServiceSupport app is not yet installed on your device, the link will direct you to the free download in the App Store or Play Store. Once installed, the connection is established automatically and securely.
