KBA-Metronic is delighted to announce the launch of its newly established affiliate, KBA-Metronic Polska Sp. z.o.o. The company has selected the beautiful city of Poznan as the home of this new joint venture. With all authority approval now in place, KBA-Metronic Polska Sp. z.o.o. will serve the needs of coding and marking customers in Poland through a professional sales and service team.

The joint shareholders, KBA-Metronic GmbH and the Polish investor, Mr. Tomasz Ratajczak have together achieved another milestone in the international coverage offered by the German coding and marking specialist. Tomasz Ratajczak assumes the role of General Manager, along with support from German colleague Thorsten Schnatz. KBA-Metronic will be the major shareholder under this new agreement.

This new venture follows the announcement by KBA-Metronic's long-standing Polish distributor, Masterlogo, of a change in business focus and a mutual agreement for the two companies to go their separate ways.

Just one year ago, KBA-Metronic made the exciting decision to invest in building a Polish office rather than seeking a new distributor. KBA -Metronic has expressed its sincere appreciation to Masterlogo for the company's excellent support over the last few years and for its ongoing support and loyalty during registration of the new company. With such strong cooperation from Masterlogo, KBA-Metronic is confident in a continued smooth transition in the supply of products and services.
