Full transparency in the Graph tab

Everybody knows this situation. A service lamp lights up in the car. The subsequent service costs more than expected. The garage's explanations must be trusted.

We have nothing to hide. We visualize the curves of relevant components and functionalities in the alphaJET in a completely transparent way via the Graph tab. This transparency allows an open and straightforward communication about deviations and suitable countermeasures.

The analysis of specific function curves provides information on deviations from which recommendations on wear parts, maintenance or training requirements can be deduced. You can take countermeasures before unplanned downtime occurs.   

All data comes directly from the printer and cannot be manipulated. The comparison of all function curves takes place permanently and informs in real time about the existing performance.

Messaging via the dashboard

The classic history report is displayed in traffic light colors.

• Message (green)  -> alphaJET is printing
• Warning (yellow) -> information about need for action e.g. refill consumables
• Malfunction (red) -> acute need for action e.g. consumables empty

You can decide yourself which notifications you want to be displayed and select accordingly.

Remote access and display of all standard data

All standard data of the connected systems are displayed, can be evaluated and optimized. Our hotline will be available to support you on request.

For this purpose, a hotline technician connects live to the alphaJET via remote access free of charge. For security and data protection reasons, each individual remote access must be explicitly approved and activated by the customer.

Remote access enables our experts to provide fast and immediate support. After checking functions and set parameters, immediate measures can be initiated or pre-qualification can be carried out during troubleshooting.

The ultimate goal is fast support and the avoidance of time-consuming and expensive service missions.

Direct ordering of consumables via the web shop

The fill levels of ink and solvent, as well as the article numbers of the consumables used, are always displayed in the dashboard.  

Order ink and solvent quickly and easily via the dashboard. All you need to do is to register once in the webshop. A click on the webshop icon takes you directly to the webshop with your personal customer data.

It couldn't be easier or faster.

Maintenance status informs about maintenance cycle

The cycle, i.e. the time interval to the next maintenance, is strongly dependent on the respective production conditions.

For this reason, the technician logs specific parameters from the production surroundings into the maintenance status when installing Kyana. These include data such as environmental conditions or the use of special inks. From these parameters, Kyana calculates the optimum maintenance cycle.

Digital maintenance reports can be viewed at any time

The full documentation of maintenance is done completely digitally. Information can be logged and a recommendation for the next maintenance can be entered. All maintenance reports can be accessed digitally.

Different users can be added. You decide who you give access to your dashboard. 

In the device management you can see at a view:

• all alphajETs integrated in Kyana
• the status (inline/offline) of each alphaJET

and select them accordingly.
