We are a strong contract manufacturer of a wide variety of components and parts and a valuable contact for your future orders. Our contract manufacturing provides modern machining in the areas of turning, milling, grinding, surface finishing, engraving and marking. 

With our many years of experience, our qualified employees and state-of-the-art machinery, we make our contribution to your product value-added process in 3-shift operation.  

By partnering with us, you can compensate for fluctuating demand capacities in your own company or permanently outsource work processes. At the same time, you become less dependent on international suppliers and minimize supply chains at the same time.

Variety of materials

Our systems process materials such as all steels including stainless steel, brass, aluminum, plastics, laminated paper and much more.

You provide us with your raw material or semi-finished products, which we process precisely according to your specifications. Do you need support with procurement of materials? - Use the competence of our global purchasing department.

Flexibility

In a large machine park with modern manufacturing processes, a team of highly qualified and motivated employees takes over and monitors the use of our extensive range of tools.

The implementation for your order takes place at CAD/CAM workstations with SolidWorks and SolidCAM including the highly efficient IMachining technology.

Quality

We only employ trained specialists who are very familiar with our modern machinery and the defined processes. The quality of the parts manufactured for you is continuously checked for precision and dimensional accuracy in the company's own air-conditioned quality center using the latest measuring and testing equipment. The result of this is the highest level of quality for all services provided in our company.

Service

​​We support you in the manufacture of high-precision and complex components: from prototypes to small and large series in a wide variety of materials. If desired, this support also includes the conversion of your construction drawing into machine-readable data.

The data and parameters can be saved and called up again for repeat jobs.

Extras

We offer all common surface coatings such as chrome plating, nickel plating, burnishing, galvanizing, rubber coating, powder coating, anodizing, hard coating, PTFE coating, etc.

For surface treatment / workpiece finishing, we use electropolishing and dry ice deburring.

All manufactured workpieces can be provided with an individual identification such as serial or batch number, logos, company logos, etc. at the customer's request. We use our in-house continuous inkjet printers or marking lasers for this task.

Machine Park

In order to produce all orders quickly and with exact tolerances, we have a large machine park from well-known manufacturers such as DMG-Mori, Chiron, Mazak, Heitec, Overbeck, KUKA, Wenzel and Macsa at our disposal.
